The PAL Campaign
The community members of the Rancho Cucamonga Community Foundation and the Rancho Cucamonga Library Foundation, believed in the dream of the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. In 2003, these two community organizations created a joint fundraising effort, the Promoting Arts and Literacy (PAL) campaign with the initial goal of raising $5 million prior to the opening of the doors to the victoria Gardensl Cultural Center. As the doors opened August 18, 2006 to host its first guests, the Promoting Arts and Literacy (PAL) campaign has successfully raised $4.7 million.
