Priority Ticket Purchasing:RESIDENT PRIORITY: Rancho Cucamonga residents get early priority for purchase of a Series of 4 or more performances. With proof of residency attached to your order (utility bill for example) you can purchase your Series beginning April 8, 2006. CREATE YOUR OWN SERIES TICKETS: Create Your Own Series and receive great benefits, including advance purchasing opportunities. Series sales for the general public begin April 17, 2006. Orders received prior to April 17th will be held for processing. Series can be processed through the mail, in person or by fax.
SINGLE PERFORMANCE TICKETS: Single tickets go on sale May 1, 2006.
Special Discounts SENIOR DISCOUNT: Our Patrons 60 and older receive a $2.00 discount off the regular single ticket price (some performances excluded). YOUTH TICKETS: Applies to children age 12 and under. All audience members, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to enter the Playhouse for all performances. Sorry, no babies in arms allowed.
GROUP DISCOUNT: Flexible payment plans and personalized service! Bring your group of 20 or more to the Playhouse and receive a 10% discount. A deposit totaling 50% of the entire sale is required to reserve the seats and we can arrange a flexible payment plan for the balance. All tickets must be purchased at the same time to qualify for discount. There must be at least 1 adult per group of 15 children. Call the Box Office at 909-477-2752 for more information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Checks made payable to City of Rancho Cucamonga and Lewis Family Playhouse Gift Certificates accepted for all transactions. A nominal service charge of $1.50 is applied to all tickets purchased through Box Office. TICKET DELIVERY: Tickets ordered by mail, phone, fax or on online will be mailed to you prior to the show. Ticket orders received one week or less prior will be processed and tickets will be held at Will Call. Please be prepared to show valid ID when picking up Will Call tickets. REFUNDS FOR SHOW CANCELLATIONS: In the case of event cancellation or date change a full refund or an account credit will be offered. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser. EXCHANGES: Tickets may be returned up to 72 hours prior to a performance for a new event or for an account credit; to be used for another performance in the same season. Processing fee of $2.00 per ticket applies. Exchanges are not available on complimentary tickets or on events that are presented by private theatre renters which are not part of the presented season. LOST TICKETS: Forgot or lost your ticket? Not a problem! We can replace lost, forgotten or stolen tickets. Duplicate tickets will be issued/lost tickets will be invalidated. Replacement tickets can be issued up to one hour prior to show time at the box office.We ask that the original purchaser show valid identification to claim the new tickets. Service charge of $2.00 per ticket applies.LATE SEATING: Latecomers or those who step out of the theatre during a performance will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at appropriate breaks in the performance. SPECIAL NEEDS: Let us know in advance if you have any special requirements.We are happy to accommodate where we can with advance notice.Wheelchair seating is available in designated areas, please inquire when you purchase tickets. An assisted listening system is available for the hearing impaired and with two weeks notice. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Give the gift of live theatre! Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the Box Office and can be used for any of the performances in the current season.
