HOW TO BOOK YOUR GROUP

Please follow the simple steps to book the school performance of your choice:

Step 1:  Download and print the BOOKING FORM.  If you have a problem downloading form, please call us at 909-477-2752.  We will fax or mail an order form to you.

Step 2:  Fill out all information required on the form. Please include alternative dates and times, in case your first choice can’t be accommodated.

Step 3: Indicate the number of seats you will be purchasing, including adults.  We strongly suggest a ratio of 1 adult for every 15 students.  One complimentary admission for every class of 20 or more students will be provided the teacher.

Step 4: Fax the completed order form back to us, at 909-477-2753

Step 5:  We will call you to discuss/confirm dates and payment options.

Step 6:  A deposit containing 50% of the payment will be due within 30 days receipt of order form.  This gives you time to arrange transportation for your group before making a payment.  When a deposit is received, a confirmation will be sent. 

Directions & Free Parking:

We are easy to find as an anchor in the Victoria Gardens Shopping and Entertainment Center at Foothill and the 15 Freeway.

From the 210: Exit Day Creek Blvd, turn South. Turn Left onto No. Mainstreet. Turn Left onto Monet Ave for West parking structure, OR turn left onto Kew for East Parking structure.

From the 10: Take the 15 North, see directions below.

From the 15: Exit Foothill Blvd, turn West. Turn Right onto Day Creek. Turn Right onto Cultural Center Dr. Park in either the East or West Parking Structures.
